Please note that because all homes sold are non-transferable, we cannot offer refunds on home purchases. For that reason, please make sure your home will fit before purchasing. If you need assistance in determining, contact us and we will bring a copy out to test.

If you do get a home that will not fit, or will not work due to other circumstances, we are not able to offer an exchange for another home or product that we sell. All our homes are copy, modify.

Textures Policy

All textures used in the homes we sell are hand drawn by each of our artists therefore are copyrighted. Because of that, we may not give out or sell any texture that we use in these houses. If you modify or add on to a home purchased from us, and you have made an error, please delete the home and re rez one.

Copyright Policy

We reserve all rights under the copyright protections of Title 17 in the U.S.C.

Violations of copyright will be pursued pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws and treaties.
